Refund Policy

Refunds are granted for cancellations 24 hours or more before your booked tour.

Guests are permitted to leave the tour at any time, however once the tour guide has started his presentation, no refunds will be given.  If at any time the tour guide feels that a guest is uncontrollable or unable to physically finish the tour, he may ask the guest to leave the tour and no refund will be given.

All state and federal laws and rules of the visited location will be followed or guests will be asked to leave the tour and location.  No refund will be given.
